Terms of Service

1. Overview & Service Scope

WeddingBlues provides bespoke digital wedding invitations, digital ceremony stationery, and wedding microsite design services. All orders, text reviews, and package agreements in Phase 1 are confirmed directly via our official WhatsApp studio channel.

2. Customer Assets & Lineage Verification

Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of couple names, parental lineage, ceremony venues, dates, and regional script translations. Once preview links are approved by the client on WhatsApp, final hosting is activated.

3. Intellectual Property

The underlying code, animations, video templates, and visual layouts created by WeddingBlues remain our intellectual property. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to share and broadcast their personalized wedding invitation links with their wedding guests.

4. Modifications & Updates

Reasonable text corrections (such as timing adjustments or venue clarifications) are accommodated prior to and after publishing upon written request through our official WhatsApp studio line.
