Cancellation & Fulfillment Policy

1. Digital Custom Service Nature

Because digital wedding invitations involve personalized design, custom video encoding, and dedicated CDN hosting tailored specifically to each couple, services are finalized on WhatsApp prior to commencement.

2. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

Before any invitation is marked final, our studio shares a draft review link on WhatsApp. We provide up to two rounds of text and timing revisions free of charge to guarantee complete satisfaction with spellings, dates, and lineage.

3. Cancellations

If an order is cancelled prior to design production commencement, any advance agreement terms confirmed on WhatsApp will govern. Once live preview assets have been personalized, cancellation terms are settled amicably with our studio director.
